CLS INSIDE WORKWEAR

RECYCLING FABRICS INTO NEW YARNS AND FABRICS

In collaboration with CLS-Tex, HTEX has developed an advanced technology that converts polyester workwear (and in the future various mixtures of textile waste) into specific chemicals that form the raw material for new polyester.

This technology converts negative textile waste flows into high-quality raw materials. The HTEX team and CLS-Tex International together form a 'chain manager service company' that closes the textile reuse chain for their partners.

With Reverse Logistics

CLS-Tex takes care of the logistics of used textiles and supplies the new raw materials to its partners, from which produce yarn, textile and clothing is produced. This way we close the circular chain for a 100%.

CLS Inside Services

After use, we will take back the workwear within our return logistic process and recycle it into new raw materials on the same level with HTEX technology. Thereafter, we will hand out the destruction declaration and statement of environmental savings and turn the raw material into yarn, fabrics and products.

HTEX polymer recycling technology separates, decontaminates and extracts polyester polymers to building stones fore new polyester on the same level as virgin polyester.

From cotton we make cellulose to use for viscoses. Together with our chain partners we turn them back into new textile raw materials to produce yarn and fabrics and new clothing as part of a continual cycle.

Our aim for the outputs from our process is to compete with virgin resource prices, while saving energy and reduce CO₂ emission. Bringing us closer to a waste-free, circular resource world.
